Features:

Silibase-3850 foam stabilizer is a silicon-carbon bond surfactant. It is a copolymer of polysiloxane and polyether. Silibase-3850 is a versatile foam stabilizer used for PU rigid foam plastic and it is suitable for foaming system with HCFC-141B and cyclopentant as blowing agent. It has excellent compatibility and emulsification ability with polyether polyols、outstanding surface activity and emulsification ability. Silibase-3850 has strong nucleation ability and stabilizing foam ability. Silibase-3850 surfactant can give foams very fine cells, high closed cells, sleek surface and homogeneous density distribution. Silibase-3850 is applied for premixed polyols used in refrigerators, PU foam sheet, spraying foams etc.

Storage and Application:

This product is non –toxic and non-corrosive. It must be sealed and stored in dry place. Its shelf life is more than 12 months. It is recommended to warm up to room temperature.

Packaging:

In galvanized iron drums of net weight 210kg /drum.
