Feature:
Silibase-6164 foam stabilizer is a kind of silicon-carbon bond based on fluorine carbon or hydrocarbon polyurethane foam system with unique molecular structure and formulation.
Advantages:
l Can uniform gas diffusion and have good stability, not shrink.
l Has good nucleation, flow ability and uniform density distribution.
l Has good hydrolysis resistance, and good compatibility with polyol and catalyst, make the finished products have good stability.
l Used for filled foam, packing foam and OCF, especially for OCF in summer formulations.

Storage and Application:
l It must be sealed in dry place and closes not store under extreme heat and cold environments, it shelf life is more than 12 months.
l Silibase-6164 will become very viscous when stored below 20℃,that can be reliquefied by warming. The phenomenon has no effect on product performance.
l This product is non –toxic and non-corrosive. It is soluble in water and it can be washed away by water.

In galvanized iron drums of net weight 210kg /drum or 1050kg/IBC drum.
