Product Name: Rigid Foam Stabilizer
Description:
Silibase-2892 is a highly reactive non-hydrolytic foam stabilizer of polysiloxane polyether copolymer, with a silicon-carbon bond. Because of its unique molecular structure and a variety of excellent performance, Silibase-2892 is especially suitable for the foam system of HCFC-141b and pentane isomers as the blowing agent.

Features:
• Silibase-2892 is soluble in commonly used polyether polyols in all rigid foam production, suitable for the system
which is strict with material fluidity, such as refrigerators, freezers, plates and insulation pipe systems.
• In the system of HCFC-141b as blowing agent, Silibase-2892 makes good compatibility and fluidity of HCFC-141b and
polyether polyols, and allows the foam density distribution to be extremely uniform. Meanwhile, Silibase-2892 has an
excellent effect in stabilizing foam, minimizing empty hole phenomenon under the surface, is a ideal foam stabilizer for
freon-free premixed polyether.
How to use:
Use levels of 1.5 to 2.5 parts Silibase-2892 per 100 polyols are suggested. The optimum dosage is determined by the particular formulation.
