Silibase-2897 is a polysiloxane polyether copolymer with silicon-carbon bond and non-hydrolytic type, which is suitable for all kinds of rigid systems of HCFC-141b, with excellent foam fluidity and coefficient of heat conductivity.

n Features

Ø Because of excellent surface activity and emulsifying ability, Silibase-2897 enables the storage stability of the premixed polyether more desirable, foam structure more uniform, and close-cell rate higher. Thereby the insulation performance and mechanical strength are enhanced.

Ø Silibase-2897 is suitable for rigid foam and pour-in-place applications, with excellent fluidity.

n How to use

Use levels of 1.5 to 2.5 parts Silibase-2897 per 100 parts polyols are suggested. The optimum dosage is determined by the particular foam formulation.

n Packing and Storage

Ø Available in 25 kg pail and 200kg drums.

Ø 24 months in closed containers.
