Features
Because of excellent surface activity and emulsifying ability, Silibase-2897 enables the storage stability of the premixed polyether more desirable, foam structure more uniform, and close-cell rate higher. Thereby the insulation performance and mechanical strength are enhanced.
Silibase-2897 is suitable for rigid foam and pour-in-place applications, with excellent fluidity.
How to use
Use levels of 1.5 to 2.5 parts Silibase-2897 per 100 parts polyols are suggested. The optimum dosage is determined by the particular foam formulation.
